The future hinges on sustainability, and it is up to ANEA to offer management support that takes into account new developments in societal standards such as ISO 2600, and also to disseminate and share best practices.

Sustainability management : 1st group of 14 businesses in 2009-2011, with a second group of 14 in 2011.

“Practical guidelines for Giving” (drawn up with national associations) and compilation of a directory to NGOs in Normandy; creation of a working group for all NGOs and public structures working on a food supply plan.

Year-end 2010/early 2011: launch of the Laurent Flechard Challenge for catering and hospitality students, who develop recipes based on the most frequently donated food products and train underprivileged families to cook these. General secondary schools in the region participate in a sports challenge to finance NGO projects for underprivileged groups.
