In association with the association for regional development of employement and training in the agrifood industry (ARDEFA). Working groups meet regulary to discuss these themes, aimed at fostering employee loyalty and promoting agrifood businesses.
ANEA’s commissions meet at least once a quarter. They address the full range of business concerns and issues relating to economic, environmental and societal performance.
All take a hands-on approach, identifying solutions that are genuinely useful in practice.
Working groups set up to coordinate short-term projects are headed by a steering committee made up of business leaders and managers. They define their own targets and programs for action, calling on outside participants with complementary know-how as needed.
